Are you looking to bring a pet along?
Most of our properties have fixed Thursday, Friday or Saturday changeover days for 7-night stays. Properties that offer short breaks during mid and low season may be able to accommodate alternative arrival dates.
Out of season, or for last minute bookings, we may be able to arrange alternative changeover days, at the discretion of our owners and their housekeepers.
Our arrival and departure times are set to ensure that each property’s housekeeping team has ample time to clean and prepare the property to a high standard for each arriving guest.
Early or late arrival and departure times are only available at the discretion of the owner and their housekeeping team. Often, they won’t be able to confirm this until the day of arrival.
During the peak season, our properties offer a minimum stay of seven nights. Short breaks are available at some properties during quieter periods. The minimum length of a short stay is three nights.
Every property in The Collection includes a welcome hamper or gift, as well as an initial supply of cupboard essentials (such as tea and coffee) and sundry items (including toilet roll, refuse sacks, handwash, dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid). Bed linen and hand and bath towels (excluding beach towels) are also included. Properties with fires or log burners will usually supply an initial supply of logs from the end of September to early May.
Some properties may provide alternative or additional items - please check with our Holiday Specialists for further details if required.
We know that for many, a holiday isn’t complete without your dog, and approximately half of the properties in The Collection welcome dogs. The number and size of dogs accommodated at each property vary depending on factors including the size of the property, the facilities and the owners’ preference. There is a standard pet charge of £30 per dog, per week.
We welcome responsible dog owners, and request that guests take good care of the property they’re staying at by following a simple set of pet terms and conditions, including clearing up any dog foul, not leaving pets unattended in the property and keeping them out of bedrooms and off furniture.
All of the properties in The Collection offer Wifi/broadband. However, broadband service and download speed can be variable, especially in rural locations, and may not operate at the speed or consistency that you are accustomed to. Wifi is provided for recreational use and is not intended for business use.
Yes, we’d love to help make your stay even more extraordinary. We can assist you with food deliveries for your arrival, organise mid-stay or daily maid services, or recommend local experiences. Please get in touch with our Holiday Specialists.
Yes, a deposit of one third of your total holiday price is due at the time of booking, unless your holiday is due to start within six weeks of the booking date, in which case the full balance is required.
Yes, you can pay for your booking online via credit/debit card or by bank transfer (BACs). You will find all the details you need for this during the online booking process. Please note that guests are liable to pay any bank charges incurred.
Names and ages of all guests are required for insurance and fire safety records. This includes guests joining midway through your stay, who must be listed at the time of booking, or added to the booking detail before your arrival. Furthermore, due to the nature, setting or facilities, some properties have specific age/party restrictions in place, which will be listed on the individual property pages.
